  I have always had stellar experiences at USBank EP branch, save one related to the Mortgage personnel a while back. Today, I would give my experience less than 1/5 .. the teller R, was rude, rolled her eyes at me(!), threw my ID back at me, gave (threw at) me $1/100th of the amount of the check that was to be cashed and interrogated me as though I was a bank robber. She went back to her "manager, A" about 3 times before I received my cash. I informed her of her hostility, lack of professionalism and poor ability to communicate - undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I wonder if she is just plain incompetent or if there is another problem that she has??? Very upset, I related my negative encounter with this individual to her Manager J, and though he apologized, it seemed half-hearted or disingenuous at best. I told him that if I am ever treated like that again, I will stop banking with USBank and move (to #BremerBankEP where clients are treated well).

  Staff lacks knowledge on Western Union transactions. Repeated errors on that front and lots of wasted time. 12/17/2016 - Had to recount the cash I was handed and show the teller that she gave me $10 more than what she should have. No confidence in tellers at this bank.
